Hi,

I did a search and didn't find anything, but I was wondering if anyone has put a Batwing style fairing on an America. If so, how hard was it to fit the bike and were you able to adapt the brackets to fit on the bike or did you have to fab some up?

Also if anyone knows of any pictures out there of this type of setup, I'd like to see how one of these fairings look on the bike before investing in the fairing.

Thanks,

Lorne.

Careful now or we might end up with a thread something like this.

That's my america with an older model hd batwing. the mounts will fit onto a set of memphis shades mounts from a "Memphis Fats" windscreen.

I had a book with a picture from the early 60s with a Triumph with a Bat Wing style faring.

The New 2010 Star has that streamlined look, a "more stylish" take on the Street Glide. It looks nice.

Could it be that Roym's Fairing is SO UGLY, it actually looks good?

Nah? It's just plain ugly imho

Sorry Roym, I really want to say I love it but I just can't.

Actually, I've even thought you may have been winding us up on this one.
