Alright, I'm in. I bought the polishing stuff at the bike show last weekend. The forks are off the bike. I spent this evening stripping them. Started wet sanding the shrouds too. Man, they look good already. Can't wait 'til they get buffed and polished. The lower forks I can see are going to be a bit of a bear to prep for the polishing but I think it will be well worth it. I guess I need to have something to do anyways until the freak kit arives from Brent. She is all torn aprart as is and looks pretty sad. Can't wait until I get the rear all taken apart as well. I think she'll be getting some cleaning in places she normally doesn't get touched.
