Sign seen in a store window: 'WE WOULD RATHER DO BUSINESS WITH 1000 AL QAEDA TERRORISTS THAN WITH ONE SINGLE BRITISH SOLDIER!'
This sign was prominently displayed in the window of a business in Glamorgan, South Wales.
You are probably outraged at the thought of such an inflammatory statement. However, we are a society which holds Freedom of Speech as perhaps our greatest liberty. After all, it is ONLY A SIGN, you may say. 'What kind of business would dare to post such a sign?'
Answer: A FUNERAL PARLOUR. (WHO SAID UNDERTAKERS HAD NO SENSE OF HUMOUR?)
YOU GOTTA LOVE IT!!!
Bill.

I kind of linger at the political section of one of numerous "gun" forums on the web. These boards are overwhelmingly "right wing' and sometimes in the extreme. One of the few liberals posted this story, but he intentionally left out the part about it being in the window of a funeral parlor just to see what kind of comments would result. He wasn't disappointed. One or two wanted to bomb Wales just because of the sign before they even had the "details." When the poster added that it was a funeral parlor? Well, then they really got upset that the guy was deliberately trying to make "them" look like fools for their reactions. If that was the case, then he wasn't too disappointed.

MR. Bill:
I kinda knew when I met you that there was something VERY INTERESTING going on behind those sunshades.
You are a sneaky piece of work. I really enjoyed it.
BTW I am recuperating from a Titanium implant into my right fibula but I am looking forward to a re run of Valley of Fire in September.
