She's out from life + 15 years and still alive? So, when you get life in jail (geol), who's life do they use to determine how long you are locked up?

If it's life in prison just snuff em out. Why should we have to feed,cloth,and shelter them at our expense?

I figured as much. She is however an offensive presence.
I pity her if she ever tries to live amongst any civilized neighborhood.
To say she would be ostracized with extreme prejudice is not a stretch of the imagination.
She will probably have to live in some second rate halfway house for the rest of her days. The fear she instills in normal people would surely result in her destruction at some point. Or live in New York or some megalopolous and blend in with some fringe group of fellow whack jobs who might just appreciate her evil as an asset.

She'll write a book, get rich and become a education professor on Chicago. Besides Ford is dead, although I'm sure his family isn't happy with this. To be honest she wouldn't have served this long had she not been connected to the Manson family.

The only way you get life,and die of old age in prison, is to get the death sentence. Then the taxpayers will support you as long as you can hang on

Woah!! What a bunch of harda***s. And I'm with ya! I've come to believe that the only way to get around the weeping willows is to create a special "monster clause" for sentencing. Special circumstances, such as child rape and murder, multiple murders, serial killers and the such, will be sentenced as "monsters", and recieve immediate death penalties. My own definition of such a monster is; a human being who looks like us, and can mimic our social actions enough to get by within society, but in actuallity is a monster, capable of extreme cruelty and disregards any responsibiity for their actions and is incapable of actual "human" emotions such as remorse, empathy or sympathy. Once enough evidence is compiled to declare them a "monster", rid them of the earth and send them to hades where they came from.

Yea....until such person moves into the house down the street from ya. Then the monster will keep your eyes wide open all night. The idea of a special "monster" planet for invidiuals like this ...is actually a good idea. No worries as to whether rehabilitation worked or not.
