I used a Dynojet kit on my '08 America. The directions stated to start with the 118 main jet if using free flowing exhaust with no other changes. Towards the end of this riding season I'm going to put in the poor man's velocity stack. I'm probably going to have to go up to the 122 main jet.
Just follow the instructions that come with the kit. I also put in new thumb adjustable mixture screws. They are adjusted to approx. 2 1/4 turns out. Runs great through all rpm's. I would like to get it on a dyno just to check the mixture.
