Sorry to resurrect an old thread...
Now, getting the "Gunter Saw" over here would be prohibitive (as shipping the whole thing to Asia would surely be very expensive)
So I got a hole saw here. Could I go and find some kind of rod extension to put the hole saw on? Didn't see anything like that at our "local" hardware store. Also, I don't have an easy way to solder a tube extension to the hole saw. Bear with me please!
Also since I am trying to keep my tapered ends, how do you guys "crumple" the baffle inside? I tried with one exhaust. I just punched the tapered end to get to the first long baffle, got the tube out, but not the surrounding plate (hence my need for an extension on the hole saw). Knocked the 2nd baffle (the whole thing: plate and tube) but I don't see how I could crumple the thing!
Help!?
