Finally got a chance to do ohm test Good Reg vs bad one.
Positive test lead on black wire with white stripe.
Negative lead to
Good- Bad
1- 8.75 - 1.0
2- 7.90 - .8
3- 8.6 - .9
Negative lead to black with red stripe.
Positive lead to
Good - Bad
1- 10.1 - 1.9
2- 9.3 - .8
3- 11.8 - 1.0
Reversing the leads on the striped wires on the good one, no reading. Reversing leads on the bad one, same as bad readings above.
