Had a few PM's asking what date I was going to book for next year. Anyway I thought we could keep it to July as it looks like most people can make that month the dates 23 - 25th, that is

Friday 23 July
Saturday 24th July
Go home 25th July

A run out is already planned and I thought this year we could try Hardknott and Wrynose Pass right in the heart of the English Lake District.... returning to Windermere via the ferry, then back to Dent...

If you are interested stick your name below and I will make a list of names etc....

If anyone has any ideas please forward them....

Oh yes, count me in Ray.
I'll need a new T shirt by then,
Any thoughts on making this for Triumph Customs, the tractors and the new Thunderbirds that people are ordering will be about by then, it would be a shame to lose old friends.
Glad to see you back
Cheers
Chris

No, next year (well starting in 6 weeks) is the Guiding Centenary, so I'm at Guide camp. And no smutty comments. I've heard them all before....

Just one other thought while I've been cutting up the brambles...

That's the first weekend of the school holidays. Is that really gonna be the best weekend for a Rally?????

Two year rule kicks in.... will do the farmyard instead next year, or maybe tour wales, or scotland.. so much choice, sounds like it might clash or be close to euro rally dates as well.

maybe we should look at the weekend before as we do not want to be there when the kids are off..

So that would make it 16th & 17th July 2010 go home 18th

Thanks Chris, nice to see that someone had noticed I hadn't been posting lately.....

I think you are right it should be open to

America
Speedmaster
Thunderbird
R3

They are all Cruisers ..........

We have made a lot of new friends at the Dent meets and I am sure we'll meet a lot more in the future meets. Especially when people realise what a great bunch of people we are and the campsite is great and not forgetting the pubs...

I will say yes at the moment. Never can resist spending the weekend in waterproofs.

I'll have to check the bike for any strange vibrations first though before I hit those bumpy northern roads!

Was going to have say no, as it was going to be first week of school holiday
But as you have changed the date and invited R3's how can I say no

So put me and Jahel down.

Only one depressing thought...
1st year... Dry Fri, Rain Sat, Dry Sun
2nd year..Rain Fri, Dry Sat, Rain Sun
3rd year.......
Still good people, good beer, what more do you need. For everything else we have........
WATERPROOFS

Perhaps we should look for a sponsor for the event.

WD40, alka seltzer, makers of waterproof clothing.

I got my tent up in the dry just before it started to rain again ! Yes I was wet but what the heck I would have got wet riding my bike to get my dinner as I do on any wet Friday. The sun would be nice for 2010 but it is not a must

Cancel, Cancel, Cancel,

Dent is off.

Just bought a ticket for Euro Lottery, the numbers look good.

Its £45 million, so when I get my share you're all invited to my sprawling mansion for the weekend.

Camping will be free, beer will be free and AC/DC will be playing at mates rates.

I always have this daydream on a Friday night, perhaps its the Stella

More beer

Paul,

I must admit that I do get lost a bit in car parks but they are never really laid out right anyhow. I doesn't help much when people are really inconsiderate and park their cars in them.
