FunkyWilly I had some short TORs on my Speedmaster.Stock they seemed a little toooooo quite.I took them back off the bike and looked inside the muffler from the front.Inside the ones I had they came with a restrictor in the front. It was like a freeze plug with a hole drilled in the middle of it.I took a die grinder and grinded out to the outside of the plug, which lets it breath better. My point is you could measure your inside diameter of the front of your muffler and go down to your local auto parts store.Buy some freeze plugs knock them into the front of the muffler.Drill a small hole in the front of each muffler.Take it out for a test ride.If it is toooo quite take them off and drill them out a little more until you like the sound. It's a cheap possible fix.Might cost you up to $5,but it should only be $2 or $3.
