I have the 412 heavy duty on mine, and I weigh between 205-210, and when I ride solo they are a bit stiff, but it's a good solid feel. Riding 2-up is nice and smooth, no more bottoming out, handles great. I just wish the 440 came in HD, I would have considered those.
