No slop allowed. They should be nice and snug, to the point where you might need to persuade them a bit to go on/off. You should have a bag of sleeves. If not, they forgot them. I have a bunch here that I got with my newer 440s if you need them.
A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice.
