I placed an order online 2+ weeks ago, got an order confirmation, but haven't heard back since. Sent 3 emails and left 2 phone messages but no response.

Not a matter of life or death, but I would like to know when and if they're shipping my stuff.

Anyone heard if they're having problems that might prevent them from responding?

I can't say why they might not be responding, but if it gives you any comfort I just received shipment of the order I placed with them about 3 weeks ago. Maybe they're just busy ...

Well, I finally got an email today. Maybe my spam blocker blocked their responses, but why did I get the 1st one and the last one and not the other 2 they say they sent?

Anyway, I hope it works out because I have a list of things I want to buy from them.

I ordered from them just before Xmas and received most of my order within 6 days. I have something on backorder there but not worried. I have placed two orders previously and had no problems with them at all. They even send mints with your order. Good ones too!!!! Their communication and shipping is first rate.

Brent is first rate. If you have a problem, I'm sure its just a glitch or something temporary. I wouldn't hesitate to order from him. Come to think of it, does he ever take a vacation?

Geez, I have pretty much bought up most of the trinkets Brent sells, I hope he hasn't gone out of business with me not buying anything in the last two months?
Hopefully we will all have the pleasure of him buying us beers at teh Georgia rally in May.

I got an email off Brent a while back, explaining that they are busy, I ordered a number plate surround, unfortunately our number plates in the UK are big (Humungus)compared to the US.

Because the other 2 were sent from our newbonneville.com account. The first was sent by our shopping cart software and the last was sent from our Gmail account when it was obvious you weren't getting the others.

I encourage ALL customers to set up newbonneville.com as a trusted domain in your spam settings. Yahoo, MSN, Hotmail, Comcast and SBC Global seem to be the worst at blocking our emails.

BTW - The stuff should be ready this week from the plater.

Jeeeeez Phil, what a suck-up. You must be edging for an extra mint on your next purchase.

P.S. I never got no mint Brent. I'll be expecting one with my spring shopping.

When I order mints, Brent sticks other stuff in the package. I sense another mint order on the near horizon

Wojo,
The Ewell Gibbins Act of 1989 prevents the distribution of mints beyond our boarders. Only Granola and Jaffa cakes can be sent to Canada from the lower 48.

not so, my friend! the Ewell Gibbins Act was repealed in 1995 after pressure from our govt. (who were responding to strong pressure from the small business sector) and US mints (especially those from Brent) will now clear Canadian Customs...I know this to be true cuz I get mints in each and every order...btw, thanks Brent, got my replacement knurled chrome pillion seat bolt a few weeks ago (along with the mints)

That's it I'm canceling my order and putting in another for mints. NO shiny stuff, it doesn't taste as good.

I ordered a TBA Air Injection Removal Kit on Dec 30 and it was shipped on Jan 3rd, got it a few days later. I even got them to change the color last minute before shipping.

Maybe things are starting to get busier in Triumph America land! Heard that sales of Triumph's were up 40% in 2005 in the US.
