It's the Buell Heo2K, a concept bike not yet fully contrived... I hope.  And they're lining up in droves (on Mars) to pre-order this thing while supplies last.

Innovative front disk brake design - the disk is attached to the wheel rim not the hub and has a hollow centre. Allows for a really, really big disk diameter. But the bike's styling is hideous.

That was one of Buell's stellar innovations, the perimeter disc brake. Who knows, maybe it will start showing up on some HD's. It would look right at home on the V-Rod.
