I remembered on Friday that I had actually ordered a set of these
I picked em up and installed them a bit ago. Of course I immediatly took her out for a spin. Local roads, some freeway, some 15-35mph twistys and back home.

I cant say the difference was overwhelming but I did notice that on full throttle getting onto the fwy there was no flat spot. Previously it was minimal but not bad. Today was like someone was pushing me.

I did also get a chance to get her into 5th gear and drop the rpms down to about 2500-3000 (I was on the fwy, slow lane, no traffic behind me). The diff here was that letting the RPMs drop that far down would normally allow a significant lag, what I always assumed was the "flat spot", was gone. The RPMs rose steadily without downshifting. Not to say theres more power, more so the RPMs rise steadily.

Heck...if it did that then it was worth $14 and a few minutes of work.
