Mine is still very "firm" also. Butt, (tha's a joke, y'all), I like it firmer instead of softer, at least on longer rides. In fact, just got off the phone with Corbin ordering the pillion pad for my spousal unit--she's been complaining about the stock pad. Hopefully, this'll quiet her down.
