Finally sending my Corbin back for a rework. I've got probably well over 12,000 miles on it and it's still as hard as the day I took it out of the box. Even thought it's been a few years, they're still going to rework it for free, as long as I pay shipping to get it there. Now that's customer service.
I'm also having them recover my backrest for $85, including shipping back.
