Hello everyone,
I'm new here and would like to get opinions on comparing these 2 motorcycles. Have had a 1998 Suzuki Marauder VZ800 for 7 years (but only rode 2200 miles) and just got a 2002 Triumph America (only rode 20 miles so far). Thought the Marauder was great, but have already found the America to be faster, smoother and overall very "cool". Water-cooled vs air-cooled, Triumph slightly bigger/heavier, better brakes on the America and smoother transmission on the America. Has anyone compared these bikes? Anyone owned both and what did you like/dislike about both? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
