Try Costco brand kirkland Signiture rain gear for only $20.00. I rode this last weekend for 130 miles one way with their rain gear, a full face helmet, and water proof gloves from REI sporting goods. The rain was heavy for almost half the distance, the only problem I had was visablity while passing the big rigs. I also had goretex lined leather boots to keep my feet dry. The only leaks I had was a small amount at the helmet visor. Actually I had a blast riding in the down pour, after knowing the water was'nt soaking through. Also, the rain gear fit comfortable with out being baggy. Good Luck.
