Never too hot or cold--sometimes too wet, though! I pull over when I can't see the road.
Ride to work regularly in 18-20F (no heated gloves) in winter and have been up to 115F (so far) in summer. Baltimore seems to get a little of both ends, but most of our weather is very tolerable. The key for me is hydrating and to keep moving at speeds in the 30-65 MPH range. Some sort of thermal -vs- speed bubble I can tolerate, I guess.
