I've seen the XR1200X on HD UK and HD German sites, so I am guessing Europe.

Maybe they should expect the Uk and the Germans to bail them out and keep them in business then. Don't get me wrong, I own a softail. Have owned several,bought my first on at 16. Don't ever intend to be without one. Just never have liked the way the MoCo does.
