Not sure but cant see a seat belt. Should be some fixing positions somewhere

Wow, regardless of how it rides I could probably only get on that bike, there is no way, given my lack of flexibility, that I could get off and leave it upright.

Be neat if the seat reclined and split foot rests popped up for highway riding.
