I don't have a lot of performance mods (yet), but I re-jetted when I added a k&n filter, removed the snorkel, and added SS long cannons. I used the jets that were sent to me with the pipes 45/135. It runs well, but i'm always wondering if there's more I can get out of it with a little fine tuning. How much $ should I expect to drop on such a thing? Is it even worth it given the few modest mods I've made?

The cost varies from shop to shop and also if it includes actual work on the bike for you as well. Most shops will NOT work on the Triumphs as they are not familiar with much other then V-twins. I pay $30 for 2 runs - no work but I get recommendations as what to do. When a bunch of us had them done at the NH rally a couple years ago, I believe we each paid $40, same - two runs, advice but no work. Some shops will charge you ~$200 to dyno tune the bike for you which a lot of people pay gladly as it is dialed in as neat as can be if the operator/tuner is worth half a darn.
A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice.

The Hawg Barn - It is in Hemlock, right on route 15A south of the Village about 2-3 miles. They do the printouts, no sniffer for 2 runs for $30. Call to make an appointment with Jamie. Bring earplugs.

It was $50 for 2 runs with a sniff in NH. Don't think it's worth much w/o the a/f, but, what do I know? See you at Rob's

I pay $40-45 a time, and the dyno tech where I go is excellent and is more than willing to go over the info with you and explain and recommend things. Plus it has sniffers on both sides of the exhaust with readouts for each one.
Always remember to be yourself. Unless you suck. Then pretend to be someone else.

That is what I would like to find someone with a sniffer for each pipe to get a good accurate reading to see what each cylinder is doing.
