The "Buy American Act" is referenced in the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), Subparagraph 25.2, Marketing Policy, Subpart 10.08 (b)(c)(f), in my 4900 page hardcopy of the FAR. As far as Dun and Bradstreet, you need a license to access the credit data and overseas holdings/expenditures of Victory, once the license is obtained, you should have no problem accessing the information.no problem accessing the information.
