I rocked mine between 3000 and 5000 rpm on the interstste to break it in. After 500 miles it is broken in. The tolerances are so much better now. Breaking in is really an old school myth. Go to fully synthetic triumph Mobile One 15-50 like the manual says and use the Triumph filter.
