I just gotta intervene at this time... NO... it's not just the old school approach. Forget all your electronic gadgets and PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RIDING!!! Shut it all off and ride. Ride for the glory, ride for the story, and ride for the evidence of being in the moment. Ride please, don't fidget with equipment outside of your experience. You got enough on your hands.
