Took 3 months,,,5 minuites here and there at work,,just to put my bag on it.

Top of rack is 1/2" square tubing(to save weight)
Lower is 1/2" square solid.




Incorporated the corners i cut off down the middle
My TIG welding is good but not great but you'll only see the sides once the bag is on top.
What a science project bending the lower to fit the frame.

Heres my mounting



So called full view,,,,,,,its about 18" from the back of the pillion.


Here it is with the bag on it.




Go head and critique,,,,you won't hurt my feelings,,,

P.S. trying to stay away from side bags

Looks strong enough to carry a third person.Actually looks nice and very funtional.Carry a large load on a long trip.

If you made it a little closer to the rear seat, you could incorporate a back rest for the passenger, or the bag could double as one.

Looks sturdy and well built, but not very attractive. It looks kind of industrial. But if you like it that's all that matters.
