Thanks it was great to meet a group of people that love to ride.
Next you since some of you like overlooks, I have a ride for all that would also involve a car ferry ride across the Mississippi. That is if you guys come back to the area.

hey guys and gals,
some bad news, I wrecked on rt 421 (near harlen,ky) on the way to TN. Mangled my left knee and noy sure how the bike faired. on this past tuesday The laptop is toast, so I can't post any pics. I will write more in a differnt post once i'm off the drugs

Hi All, I thought it Ironic that there is an actual song with this title. My Wife found while trying to get my injured A$$ home to MN after the Wreck.{"You'll never leave Harlan Alive" Well as some of you know,I Had an accident on RT421 about 8 miles out Harlan, Ky. Just a quick follow up as to what the final chapter is. I have just been cleared to return to work on 8/04/09. My knee is pretty well healed and i'm gonna have a cool scar on my knee to show for it. The bad news is BB { my BEAUTIFUL black america} is a total loss. According to the insurance company,  its not worth repairing. So I am waiting for a check from them. I've started looking into a possible replacement BA or maybe even a Thunderbird. I'll miss BB, she was a good girl and very loyal.  TTFN

I wonder if you can get it back as salvage or at least strip off all the custom parts?
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told.
