I glad to hear that both you and your son will be fine. I've been there and done that.I hope that your bike will be fine as well. I ride year round here in WA. and the it is important to rember that all that pretty paint on the road like cross walks, lane markers etc. are extremly slippery and should be avoided when even damp. Again I wish a speedy recovery to you and your son.
