It's all about money as you probably know. But one way to not let it bug you is just back away from mainstream media. You can always turn the TV off and I for one could use that simple reminder from time to time. Here's a list of 10 top things you can do instead of watching TV. 10. Go for a ride 9. Wash the bike 8. Check bike's vitals 7. Spend some time on this forum 6. Have a friend over to talk bikes for a while 5. Plan a ride for another day 4. Plan future mods for the bike. 3. Check out Triumphs on Youtube 2. Go for another ride And the number one thing you can do instead of watching TV is..... LOOK UP TRIUMPH.COM ON THE INTERNET. wink, wink...

Regardless of whether he was or was not a ped, only he and the boys know. He was a truly talened man. He was strange and curious and that usually goes with being exceptionally gifted. Being a bit strange usually leads to people trying with all their might to bring you down. What ever he was. He gave the world music and thats something not many can claim. He also gave his time and money to try and help children all over the world. Say what you will about him. He was one of the few.

True! But look at all the things going on in the world that can impact society and all that is being televised is a NUTBAGS funeral. Koreans are firing missiles, Chaos in China, Soldiers being killed in Afghanastan & Iraq, Economy in the toilet, to name just a few things and we get 2 weeks worth of NUTBAG coverage!

Not entirely.. it's more about how far out from the mainstream you are. For example, Anna Nichole Smith, a drugged out slut-puppy who leached off a rich old guy. She is STILL being reported on in the tabloid media. How about Paris Hilton.. who had heard of her before her porn/sex tape got released and she became an instant star of the media? Why you think Jerry Springer has been on the air for as long as he has? Because of his intellectual though provoking topics?!?!?
In todays world, normal is boring, so people want to see the freaks, and MJ was way up on that list.
Cheers, Brad

Michael Jackson had one talent. He WAS a phenom in terms of musical talent/performance charisma.
Other than that....and all of the people who were at his memorial today dont understand it or are blind to it...much as they were to OJ Simspson being a murderer.
The man liked to frig kids up the nether region. He was a quintessential defined pervert at the extreme. The only thing that kept him out of jail was $$$$$$$.
His mind was frigged beyond any comprehension.
Now he is dead and better off. lets leave the poor dumb bastage alone and recognize how screwed up hollywood and the entertainment community are at large.

Some say he was quite talented. I guess so, he could walk backward while sticking one hand out. He could play with himself on stage. Some of his songs were OK, especially after they were redone by someone else. In the 50's there was a record done (by I can't remember who) that had a verse where he could sing like a girl (same as MJ only a bit better) but the next verse he could sing like a frog so he had more talent.
As for the "news" media, it's easier to milk one thing to the last drop than go out and find real news to report on.

From the time he was 5 he was used and exploited. He grew up being a checkbook item for his father. Had no childhood at all. His teen years were like Elvis, couldn't leave the house and in his 20s mobs tore at him everywhere. His father broke him and, his family fed off of him and his success. He can hurt nobody now. In the beginning of MTV and video there were some singers being filmed. Then there was Thriller. I don't own a single piece of his music but looking at his body of work as a composer, dancer, and singer. Well, that guy had talent.
I try to aggravate one person a day. Today may be your day.
