790 Cams in an 865? Better?

I read the 865 cams aren't that great. Is it just vavle timing? Lift? Would using 790 cams in the 865 work better? Swapping cams doesn't seem that hard to do.

It is a simple swap and does give you quite a bit of a gain. I am not sure how lift and duration compares but the timing is different.

The 865 cams are so mild as to actually have an 'underlap'. Anything would be an improvement. As they are, the stock cams actually prevent you from getting any significant gains from intake and exhaust mods.
