I just recently bought this bike for $500 (didn't run,wiring was shot)and started tearing her down and was wondering what the consensus was on reboring the cylinders. Took the head off and the pistons move smoothly in the cylinders (no side to side)but the tops are covered in carbon. I was originaly just going to clean everthing, install some new rings and call it good but with the look of the pistons I'm thinking of replacing them as well. If your for reboring what oversize? .020, .040, .060?
