Forgot to mention...changed fule filter, replaced fule lines, Pulled air filter OFF sprayed carb cleaner into EVERYTHING...sprayed starter fluid...all did NADA, nill, jackshit...
the compression is the only thing I'm not entirely certain of...but I am certain that the valves are not frozen and do move up and down...
