one gentleman that I trust based on history and actions since 2004, says triumph employees are contract bound to not discuss the ignitor syndrome. I was led to believe during one discussion a ways back, that if a triumph employee in the know could divulge what was known, we the owners would have an eloquent solution to ignitor failures and replacements.
