Okay, this makes it pretty obvious that it isn't a battery issue but a "kill" circuit issue. It's also obvious you have a lame shop tech(s). Bypass the danged side stand switch, then bypass the kill switch and see which one is defective. Then take the stealership to small claims court and get your money back.
