Don't go to court yourself. Let a lawyer handle it.
The one time I tried to represent myself in court, it ended up costing me 5 days of freedom. Lawyers are okay, no matter what kind of jokes we make about them. (No offense all you lawyers, please don't sue me!) 
Always remember to be yourself. Unless you suck. Then pretend to be someone else.
