MY guess is that the cop with the bug up his butt overheard Charles talkin' football with that other cop! And when he overheard Charles tell that other cop about "how cool it was that the Steelers won the last Superbowl", and the cop with the bug up his butt bein' a Seahawk fan, well, he just got REALLY p*ssed off!!!
