A glove I like is made by Manzella. I think they say they are mountain climber gloves, really warm, waterproof shell and the palm grips the handgrips nicely. I have worn mine through 2 winters with no problems. I ride about 30 miles to work, at about 30degrees f., my hands are just a bit chilly when I arrive. not bad at all, I think.
