There are plenty of articles and ratings out there. Without electric, there is not much that can help in very cold weather. The price range is pretty wide and may not correlate to warmth. I have a pair of Cortek (basically same as Tourmaster Polar. They work fairly well. Some also recommend the HippoHands to keep the wind off your gloves which impact the chill factor significantly.
