I've been using a pair of Joe Rocket cold weather gauntlets since 2004. They're looking a bit tattered, and they're really only rated for mildly cold temps, not bitter cold, but they've never leaked once. And with a pair of glove liners for the colder temps I haven't needed to buy different gloves. Last year I wore them with the liners over Monida pass in the 30's and snowing.
