Even with all the motorwork and bigger carbs, I still get 40 on the highway with my windshield. I always got better without the shield, but don't run much long distance without it anymore. Around town I get 100-130 miles to reserve, but that's because I spend a lot of time trying to get my front tire up And yes, I know it won't happen, but that won't keep my from having my fun!
