Ok, since I'm the moder-tator I can get away with this in the "Performance mods" section.
I got a big performance mod last month, on December 30th, I did the dirty deed and married my sweety Jane.
Yea yea, Poor woman, sucker, blah blah yada yada yada --- heard it all. Hey, she's got her own bike, what more can a man ask for?
Anyway, gonna be having a party at a local establishment soon and all of you are invited to attend. I'll post the details when she lets me know what I want to do.
Life goes on, ride safe.
Oh yeah, January 11th, Upstate NY is almost 60ºF (should be 15ºF), rode 50 miles today. Life is good, eh John? gonna be even warmer the next two days (my days off as karma would have it)

Dinqua,

Congratulations and all the best for the new chapter in your life.
Coincidently, my parents were also married on the same date (30 DEC) but that was almost five decades ago.

Cool Pat and congrats!

You now share this date with my nephew and his wife (wedding), my father-in-law (his birthday), and my in-laws (their anniversary - 46 years).

Let me know when the party is. I will hoist one from down here to ya!

Pat,

Well, that's good news, er, for you and Jane. But I hope she doesn't distract you from the really important things in life, - like fine-tuning your Speedy .

Of course, since she rides too, and she's married to you, she'll without doubt be jetted absolutely perfectly .

Congratulations,

-BT

Pat,
Notice you didn’t give us a heads up on this one. Where you worried we wouldn't approve, or you would get too many don't do its.
I for one know that the right girl can make ones life that much better and I am sure you got yourself one.
Congrats.

Pat,

Following up from my previous post ... I just had a chat with my mother on the phone and told her you had gotten married on the same date as her and my late father.
She told me to give you and Jane her best wishes for a happy life and to warn you that, given that the date is one day prior to New Year's eve, you will never have any excuse to forget your wedding anniversary. Women!

The Plunge? It's more like a dive off those cliffs in Acapulco.

Congrats to you and Jane! Can you have that party somewhere in the 4 corners area? I could use an excuse to attend a BA.com gathering, but you're so dang far away.

Wonderful news Pat. Do we get to meet her in Georgia? BTW, you picked my wife's birthday for your nuptials. Have you broken the news to Yota?

Good Luck and Good Riding!

Congrats! Pat and Jane! Also...glad to hear you got out for a ride during this past weeks incredible thaw (wasn't sure, with your knee and all, if you could.) It was funny yesterday (Friday the 13th) riding past Bristol ski resort watching the snowboarders and skiers coming down the mountain as I roared past on my sickle. That was a new one for me!

Well, except for the smarmy, wise-azz, juvenile stuff.

I'll post my own when I think of it....

Seriously, best of luck to both of you.
