I gots me one. The new floating rotors showed up this week and will hopefully be going on tomorrow. Then the caliper and crossover hose, bleed the brakes and I'm off (as soon as it stops raining... grrrrr...).

Doing it over again, I'd probably just do the 6-pot caliper. Less money and probably equivalent performance. If the 6-pot caliper and single disc is better than my dual floating discs and sintered pads, I might just cry. It's been a long road getting this conversion done.

P.S. the black Speedmaster front fender I put on last weekend looks TIGHT with my blacked out front end and fork gators. Bobberville, here I come.
