Yeah Bob, a few folks around here have been able to find those hen's teeth...err, I mean, those Triumph Thunderbird Sport wheels and have mounted 'em up to their Bonnie Americas alright. However, I feel if you could even find one, and then also the right fork-leg off a Speedmaster with the requisite bracket to hold the second caliper, and THEN havin' the whole shebang laced up to your stock rim...well...I think if you consider the cost of all that as compared to just doing what our Swedish brother Bengt(piper) did, which was to just bolt an aftermarket 6 pot caliper to his BA here....

...well, I think you'd find that to be a heck of a lot more cost-effective in the long run. That of course is unless you're wanting to do this more for the look of twin-discs and not just for more braking power.
