The turn signal lights are easy - you can use the ones on the site Soren mentioned but you'll run into a problem if you use them for the tail light. The stock bulb shines in all directions, so you get light out the back (through the red filter) as well as up onto the licence plate, however LEDs are directional, and those drop-in ones are designed to either shine parallel to the socket or at 90 degrees to it, not both. The easiest solution for the tail light is to use the drop in LED bulb replacements, and get yourself a licence plate frame with white LEDs in it for licence plate illumination, or something similar. I've even seen licence plate bolts with LED's for licence plate illumination (can't remember where now - google is your friend).
