As I mentioned earlier, you can use load balancers. They work fine to fix your flash rate with a standard flasher, they're just not as efficient. There's pre-made LED idiot lights available commercially all over the internet too - my site's really only for those folk who like to do the electronics themselves.

www.newspeedmaster.com supplies idiot lights that (I'm told) work fine with our bikes. Try them out - you only have a problem if turning left makes the right turn signals work too, or vice versa, in which case removing the console light's the easiest fix.
