I heard the guy jumped out in front of his car trying to catch a bus, and that he probably would have hit him anyway, just happened to be drunk. Not defending him at all, not even a Browns fan, just saying. Besides, that's nothing compared to the guy in OK who raped and sodomized a 5 yr old, was sentenced to 1 year, but will be out in september because of time served.
