Man I was so p!ssed to hear that today... I almost posted about it earlier and didn't. Total BS! 30 days! 10 years probation and 1000 hours community service. But only 30 days in the clink!

That's what is so infuriating about it. It was like 3 days ago when he paid them and the judge went all nicey nice on him.

I heard the guy jumped out in front of his car trying to catch a bus, and that he probably would have hit him anyway, just happened to be drunk. Not defending him at all, not even a Browns fan, just saying. Besides, that's nothing compared to the guy in OK who raped and sodomized a 5 yr old, was sentenced to 1 year, but will be out in september because of time served. story
