Never looked at ya like a Dudley Doo-Right. I know what you are saying about the laws and stuff in PA. Try living in the Hershey area, its as tuff here as anywhere. They dont like bikes here in "Utopia", especially loud ones!!
My plate and rear light are located on the left-hand side down at the rear wheel, I figure its just a matter of time till someone around here bugs me about it.
