What did the oil that you drained out look like?
Did you change the filter at the same time? Maybe there was some kind of junk in your oold filter that came back up (is that even possible?).
I know this sounds like a dumb questions but ... How did you pour the oil in? Did you use a funnel with a bigger mouth on it. Maybe your oil went in too fast and got some air trapped in there.
It should be gone by now. Is it?
