I mean geeee, MAYBE at "only" 39 years of age, "poor little Billy" isn't old enough to have figured out that climbing behind the wheel of a car while you're drunk-as-a-skunk "isn't necessarilly a real bright move"!!!
OR, possibly because during his formative years he might've observed his daddy coming home from work and poppin' open a brew or FIVE in order to relax after toiling at his job, and while observing this "poor little Billy" might've gotten the idea that THAT'S what "real men do", an idea which later on might've been reinforced by all his drinkin' buddies during his teenaged years and young adulthood!!! I mean, does a "real man" hand over his keys to a WOMAN who asked for them just because she noticed the condition he was in that fateful night and let HER drive them home??? Nahhhhh....NOT a "REAL MAN"!!!
